1.Acquainting with you:
This is the stage, where we get to know more about you. You motivate our work, so knowing who you are, what you love, and how you want to entertain your guests is the key to our successful collaboration. Do you like winery, seaside, and landscape? Do you like rustic, minimalistic or glitz and glamour? Do you like more ethnic, fusion?… and more…. Every little dash of yourself is the auric silver lining that gives our creative process the initial step up in the right direction.
2.Creating a Proposal
The proposal consists of a detailed budget, a list of priorities, and an astronomically immense picture orchestrating a timeline. This is the basis that sets the scene for a prosperous and seamless journey to event day. Parameters take shape throughout the proposal, which allows us to make strategic matches for your event that we ken will be a fit for your budget and your style. At this stage, we ask our clients to make in the initial booking deposit
3.Team-building
Based on the proposal confirmed by you, we will work with you to secure the best possible team for your event. That may include a caterer, Photographer, Videographer, Cinematographer, Dj, Makeup, MUA, Entertainer, Baker, Coordinator … whomever you need to have the event you are dreaming of, we utilize our long-standing relationships to create a “dream team” every time.
4.Conceptualizing
This is when it gets authentically frolicsome! Our designer will work with you to understand your style in color pallets: Warm, cool, pastel, neutral, fun, and vibrant pallets along with a variety selection of flowers needed for the occasion, select vases and furnishings, pick textiles and branding…anything and everything to get the creative juices flowing to allow us and you to see your event most innovatively.
5.Envision your event
Sometimes you may find it hard to come up with fun and unique style or theme ideas. Wedding designers are available to help you fine-tune an aesthetic that speaks to your love and your personality, all while looking beautiful on camera and providing your guests with a great experience. To visualize your event before the big day, we will provide you exquisite sketches or graphic renderings of all of your major design elements and then, in most cases, create a mock-up sample of these key components so that you can get a vision of how your event will look and feel.
6.Production
Once you have authorized on everything, from the music list to the napkin fold, signed the contract and made the initial deposit amount you can sit back and relax, while we make it all happen. In the weeks before your event, our team is buying and building and confirming every detail in preparation for a flawless event.
7.Gala Time
On your special day, while we are in our element, managing your dream team, bringing your design to life and supporting your needs so that you can revel in the beauty of a spectacular event.
